N0.15 Passenger Tire Casings shall consist of inspected virgin passenger tire casings (never been retreaded) of 15 inch rim size tires with no structural damage, no weather cracking, no bead chips. The sizes, brands and models to be included are subject to agreement between the buyer and seller.
