Scrap Mixed Metal Electrical Transformers. This lot contains an estimated minimum of 15 U.S. tons of scrap mixed metals in the form of drained pad- and pole-mount electrical transformers (minimum of 6 pad mount and 28 pole mount). The transformers are comprised of steel casings and may contain either aluminum or copper cores. They are non-hazardous, previously mineral oil-filled transformers of varying size. Although drained, they will contain residual amounts of mineral oil. If interested in bidding, please send an email request by 8 a.m. (PST) on 9 May 2025. We anticipate at least 1 additional lot over the next 12 months. *NOTE: Bids shall only be considered from bidders who attend the pre-bid inspection onsite.
