UPL Boards shall consist of Used Pallet Lumber (UPL) from a pallet dismantling operation. Must contain uniform sorted sizes of reusable pallet boards runners with no protruding nails or staples. All grades of UPL should be palletized and banned securely, clearly labeled in lifts of under 4 feet in height.
