UPL 2 Way Runners (sized) shall consist of Used Pallet Lumber (UPL) from a pallet dismantling operation. Must contain uniform sorted sizes of unnotched runners with no protruding nails or staples.
All grades of UPL should be palletized and banned securely, clearly labeled in lifts of under 4 feet in height.
